Solution Architect

We are looking for a Solution Architect responsible for supporting Sales and Project Teams during all phases of customer projects worldwide.

Job Scope

  • Assisting in the development of sales collateral, including presentations and case studies, to support pre-sales efforts and respond to technical RFPs, RFIs, etc.
  • Working with customers to analyze & understand their business and technical requirements and designing & implementing solutions.
  • Designing and implementing scalable, reliable, and secure solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during pre-sales activities, including product demonstrations, presentations, and solution architecture discussions.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of the solution and making necessary adjustments.
  • Guide customers in understanding and evaluating solutions (pre-sales) and through design and implementation (post-sales).
  • Conduct in-depth product evaluations and proof-of-concept demonstrations to showcase the value of our Wholesale OSS/BSS and Voice solutions.
  • Bring customer feedback and lessons learned back to other internal teams, like product, engineering, or sales.
  • Cyber Security requirements analysis and tailoring them to the client's needs.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to security.

 

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in computer science, electronics engineering, industrial engineering, mathematical engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 7+ years of professional experience in the IT/Telecom sector.
  • 3+ years of voice experience in a Telco environment.
  • Experience in Voice, Video, VOIP network architecture and technology such as SIP and others.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting and terminology including LAN/WAN, Routers, Firewalls, Switches, SIP SBCs, etc.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with end-to-end product and feature delivery.
  • Knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security compliance, especially regarding GDPR, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, SOC2, CIS Benchmarks, and other relevant IT/Telecom industry standards and best practices.

 

Ideal Candidate would also have

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights.
  • Deployment and configure SBCs, B2BUAs, Registrars and Gateways on COTS or in the cloud.
  • Experience in SIP Traces and troubleshooting & debugging.
  • Have experience in the unified communications industry.
  • Familiar with mobile voice networks.
  • Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, security.
